Christian Education Ministry


The Christian Education Ministry at New Jerusalem Church serves the body of believers by offering an array of opportunities for members, visitors, and friends to connect to each other through intentional discipleship and to connect to God through the systematic study of the WORD. Our goal as a ministry is to support the mission and vision of the church by ensuring that everyone who is connected to New Jerusalem has a Bible-based worldview that is rooted in the truth. We are also focused on supporting every believer so that no one walks alone.

  •  Mid-week Bible Study
    Large group Bible Study taught weekly at each NJC campus – Tuesday 6:00 pm
    Alta Woods, Wednesday 12:00 pm South, Wednesday 6:00 pm North Campus

  •  Sunday School
    Small Bible Study groups meet on Sunday mornings 9:15 a.m. -10:15 North, 10:45
    a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Alta Woods, and 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. South. We offer small
    group Bible Study for New Members, Children and Youth (PreK – 12 th grade),
    Mixed Adults, Men, Women, and Couples at the Alta Woods and North
    Campuses. Christianity 101, How to Study the Bible, College, and Young Adult
    small groups are available at the North Campus.

  • Sunday Morning Children’s Church
    Children ages K-5 th grade are welcome to attend a special kid-focused worship
    service on Sunday mornings.

  • Life-to-Life Groups
    Small Bible Study groups that meet at various times and in various locations
    throughout the city are also available for those interested in studying special
    topics and connecting for fellowship, service, worship, and discipleship.
